Policy Essentials
*PC Specifications:
- Intel Core Processors: i3-9000 series or better, i5-7000 series or better, i7-5000 series or better, i9 series, or better, AMD Ryzen 3 series or better
- Minimum hard drive space: 20GB (recommended: 30GB or more). Minimum RAM: 4GB (recommended: 8GB)
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
*Internet Connectivity: Hardwired connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 3Mbps upload speed (recommended: Minimum 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload)
- Maximum latency threshold: Minimum 120ms (recommended: 50ms)
*Monitor Specifications: Minimum resolution: 1280x1040 - Recommended resolution: 1920x1080 (Full HD or 1080p). Dual monitor capability recommended *Unsupported Devices: MacBooks, netbooks, Chromebooks, tablets, or other mobile devices *Mobile Device Requirement: Smartphone with a working camera for multi-factor authentication and security verification processes
*Hardwired USB headset with quality audio (recommended brands: Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar)
*Hardwired keyboard and mouse
*Software Requirements: Windows Firewall must be enabled
- Updated web browser (Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Chrome)
- Windows Security real-time protection must be enabled and up-to-date
*Internet Connectivity Restrictions: Wireless internet connections , unauthorized proxies or VPNs, 5G, satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are prohibited. USB connected modems not supported
*Telephone Requirements: Some clients may require a hardwired telephone (e.g., Plano telephone service, cable telephone, digital service, or VOIP through a physical hard phone)
- Servicing telephone line should not interface with the computer and should not have voicemail, fax, or call waiting features
*Additional Software: Secure desktop/secure remote worker software for remote access and work-at-home environment
